ppvlp Terms and Conditions for Using Our Services

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the authority operating the ppvlp platform and any user. By using the ppvlp website or application, you are fully agreeing to these Terms.

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. If you continue to use the service after changes take effect, it will be assumed that you have accepted the updated Terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.

ppvlp provides services only to individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the service.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on ppvlp, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old and a resident of Bangladesh.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and your own.
• You must not already have an active account on ppvlp.
• You must confirm that you are mentally sound and using this service voluntarily.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts — using the same name, address, mobile number, or device — ppvlp reserves the right to close those accounts and forfeit the associated balances.

2.3 Identity Verification

ppvlp may verify your identity at any time. This process may require a national ID card, birth certificate, or other government-issued documents. This information is stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

It is your responsibility to keep your ppvlp account login details — username and password — completely confidential. ppvlp will not be held responsible for any consequences resulting from sharing this information with a third party.

If you suspect that your account is being used without your authorisation, contact our customer support immediately. Our 24/7 live chat service is always available to report any suspicious activity.

Any transaction or betting activity on your account will be assumed to have been carried out by you, unless you provide evidence to the contrary.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on ppvlp is ৳300. Accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

When making a deposit, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing through someone else's account is not permitted and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal methods are the same as for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

Account verification must be completed before requesting a withdrawal. ppvlp may request additional information or documents before processing a withdrawal if necessary.

ppvlp offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. These offers are subject to specific conditions and may change.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; the wagering requirement in this case will be ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000. This means you must complete ৳15,000 worth of bets before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus may be claimed only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been met.
• ppvlp reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonuses will not apply to deposits made through multiple accounts or unauthorised payment methods.

ppvlp offers sports betting, casino games, live casino, and other gaming services. Each game or betting market has its own applicable rules.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, ppvlp reserves the right to cancel or recalculate a bet in the following circumstances:

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error or technical fault.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed.
• If evidence of fraud or match-fixing in betting activity is found.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are verifiable from the server and determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG). No specific outcome can be guaranteed, and ppvlp does not predetermine the result of any game.

ppvlp's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers cashback at a fixed rate on weekly net losses.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated on the net loss, which is the total weekly loss minus total weekly winnings. Example: if a Gold member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, their cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.

VIP tier is determined based on a player's overall activity. ppvlp reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time, and VIP status is determined through regular account reviews.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ppvlp platform:

• Attempting to influence game results through fraudulent means or software.
• Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors to gain unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other users.

If any such activity is proven, ppvlp may immediately close the relevant account and forfeit the balance.

ppvlp reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to complete account verification or providing false information.
• For security reasons or as required by an investigation.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.

Users may also request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

ppvlp believes in responsible gaming and encourages users to play in a controlled and informed manner. Betting and casino games should be played for entertainment purposes only — they are not a reliable source of income.
