Responsible Gaming —
Know Yourself, Respect Your Limits
ppvlp believes betting and casino games should be a form of entertainment — not an added burden in life. On this page you will find out how to keep your gaming habits in check, when to be cautious, and where to get help if you need it.
Betting is Entertainment — Not an Obligation
The main purpose of online betting and casino games is to have fun during leisure time. But for some people, especially after playing frequently over a long period, it can become an addiction. ppvlp always wants its users to enjoy games consciously and in a controlled way. Our Terms and Conditions clearly set out the code of conduct for betting, which applies to every user.
Before opening an account on ppvlp you must confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Opening an account or playing games by those under the legal age is strictly prohibited. If there is someone aged 18–20 in your household, be mindful that they do not use your account.
If you feel that your own gaming habits or those of someone you know are becoming a concern, ppvlp's support team is always here for you. Read our FAQ or contact us directly via live chat — help is available in both Bengali and English.
Tools to Keep Yourself in Control
ppvlp gives you several practical tools so you can set your own gaming limits. To use these tools, go to Account Settings or contact the support team directly.
Deposit Limit
Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set, reducing it takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a 24-hour wait.
Bet Limit
Decide in advance the maximum amount you will stake on each bet. This helps reduce the tendency to place large bets on impulse.
Session Time Limit
Set how long you will play in one sitting. Once that time is up, your account will automatically end the session.
Temporary Break
Temporarily close your account for anywhere from one day to several weeks. During the break, you will not be able to log in or place bets.
Self-Exclusion
Choose Self-Exclusion to keep your account inactive for an extended period. Once this option is active, the account cannot be restored before the set period ends.
Reality Check
At regular intervals, a brief summary appears on screen showing how long you have been playing and how much money has been transacted. This helps you stay aware.
Recognise the Warning Signs
If you notice any of the following behaviours in yourself or someone you know, it may be a cause for concern. Being aware and seeking help in time is the sensible thing to do.
- You keep betting to try to win back lost money and cannot stop.
- You are spending household money or funds set aside for emergencies on betting.
- You are hiding your betting from family or friends.
- When you cannot play, you feel restless, irritable, or low.
- Betting is interfering with your work, studies, or relationships.
- You are borrowing money to play or are unable to pay others back.
Ask Yourself
Answer the following questions honestly. If most of your answers are "yes", it is time to talk to someone you trust.
Where to Get Help
You are not alone. Asking for help takes courage. Below are three ways you or someone close to you can get support.
ppvlp Support Team
ppvlp's 24/7 live chat and email support are available in both Bengali and English. Speak to us directly to set account limits, take a temporary break, or activate Self-Exclusion — help is given without judgement.
Family and Trusted People
Talk openly with a close family member or a trusted friend. The empathy and support of someone near you can be just as effective as professional help. Keeping your situation hidden only delays a solution.
Professional Counsellors
Seeing a mental health specialist or addiction counsellor is an important step. In Bangladesh, government hospitals and various non-government organisations provide mental health services. If needed, contact a doctor or your local health centre.
ppvlp's Commitment
We are not just a betting platform — we want every user to stay healthy and safe. Toward that goal, ppvlp takes certain steps on a regular basis.
What We Do
- Strict verification is in place to prevent anyone under 21 from registering or playing.
- If unusual deposit or excessive betting patterns are detected, the support team may proactively reach out to the user.
- When Self-Exclusion is requested, we action it quickly and without judgement.
- Any request to reduce a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit has a waiting period.
- Betting-related content is never directed at or promoted to minors.
General Rules for Responsible Gaming
Keeping these simple guidelines in mind helps make gaming enjoyable and controlled.
Keep in Mind
- Betting is for entertainment — not a way to recover lost money.
- Only bet money that you can afford to lose without it causing you financial difficulty.
- Avoid betting when you are drinking, under stress, or angry.
- Keep a balance between betting and other hobbies and time with your family.
- Never share your login credentials with anyone else, especially minors.
- Take a break whenever you feel uncertain — coming back later makes it easier to make good decisions.
Protecting Minors
On ppvlp, all games and betting are strictly for people aged 21 and above. Age verification is mandatory when opening an account. If younger members of your household use your device, use a PIN or password on the device and keep your ppvlp account logged out in the browser.
To protect minors from online gambling, it is recommended to use parental control software on your devices. Have open conversations within the family that online games and betting are for adults.
Privacy and Data Protection
Any personal information you share when making a responsible gaming request is kept completely confidential. Full details of how ppvlp collects and stores your data can be found in our Privacy Policy. Your support requests are never sold or shared with third parties.
